I have lived in the Bay Area of California all of my life. I moved from California to Nevada (8/2007) to be closer to my daughter. I'd like to be in her life more and to be the mom I have always wanted to be to her.

I have a condition called bipolar disorder. So for a while, I was unstable and was not in my daughter's life. In 2000, my son died, causing me to go into a very deep depression. Now, I seem to be doing a lot better.

I really love bowling even though I am not that great at it. I ADORE animals! I use to run a small dog rescue.

I have 4 pets.

• Emily, my 11 year old maltese

• Tami, my 12 year old chihuahua who is a psychiatric service dog

• Alison, my tortoise shell cat

• Faith, my 10 year male lovebird
